John Tusa
Senior Vice President – Operational Excellence
John Tusa is Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence. John joined Etech in 2006 and has held a variety of Executive Leadership positions including responsibilities for Operations (inbound/outbound sales, customer service and collections) and Training. Today his responsibilities include leading Etech's Project Management & Process Improvement Team, Etech Monitoring Solutions which is Etech's TQM/Quality Assurance/Market Intelligence unit located in India, Leadership Development & Effectiveness, U.S. Training and he has Business Development responsibilities. Additionally, John is Etech's Compliance Officer and under his leadership Etech earned the ATA’s SRO Accreditation in 2011.
Prior to joining Etech John worked for Dun & Bradstreet for nearly 20 years, starting in 1987 as a Telephone Representative. John's career at D&B included a variety of contact center and field operations posts, training responsibilities, telephone and field sales roles and a host of increasing leadership positions in St. Louis, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, Des Moines, Chicago and Kansas City. He held senior leadership positions in the areas of Contact Center Operations, Business Development and Middle Market Field Sales. Lastly, John held the position of Assistant Vice President-Regional Sales, Middle Market Accounts. While at D&B John earned a number of recognitions and awards including D&B's Presidential Citation Award for Top 1% performers and the Jackie Robinson Award for leading a number of workplace diversity initiatives.
John is a 1986 graduate of Missouri State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and is also a 2007 graduate of the Leadership Nacogdoches program. He has served on the Board of the American Teleservices South Central Chapter and is currently an Executive Board Member and Board President for Habitat For Humanity of Nacogdoches County.
