Senior Director – Operational Excellence

Cindy Edwards serves as Senior Director – Operational Excellence for Etech. In this role she leads a team of project managers who plan and oversee the implementation of all new campaign launches for the company. This team also works with internal departments to ensure that project management principles direct all major projects within Etech.

In her nine year tenure with Etech, Cindy has led various teams including human resources, recruiting, training, and quality assurance. She has also held leadership positions within operations at both a campaign and center level.

Before joining Etech, Cindy had a successful career in sales, sales management, and operations management in the insurance industry. Her career spanned tenures with an international insurance company as well as one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in Texas.
